Insurance

Payment will be requested the day of service..  Cindy, our Practice Manager, will send you a link for payment by the close of business on your day of service.  You will use your credit card or Health Savings card to enter the payment into the system, A receipt will then be sent to you for the payment. 

If you ask Cindy (360-840-6149) for a Super Bill, she will send one to you.  You can then ask your insurance company for reimbursement of the bill you paid.  Not all of the companies will cover out-of-network providers.  Check with them - by calling the number on the back of your card - for details regarding your particular plan.

Our sessions last 50-60 minutes.

Fees for Arie are $150 per session  

For Betsy: $175 per session.  Med Refills between appointments $35.  

If we are both working jointly with you as a couple, we charge $300 per hour.
